The Texas Education Code, Chapter 37.081(f) and Frenship ISD policy CKE (LEGAL) Safety Program/Risk Management Security Personnel dictates the following:
- A district police department’s Chief of Police is accountable to the Superintendent and shall report to the Superintendent. District police officers shall be licensed by TCOLE and be supervised by the district Chief of Police or the chief’s designee.
