Responsible for all district funds, coordination of financial systems, maintenance of federal programs and grants, district employee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Also, the department oversees the annual budget process, district investments, bond sales, bond elections, and updates to the Frenship Board of Trustees regarding school finance and the district's financial status.

Business Operations Department
Responsible for district business operations including: Purchasing, Facilities, Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial and Facilities Rental. Also, the department oversees the Food service daily operations as well as the yearly Transportation contract.
