The mission of the Frenship ISD Bilingual/ESL Department is to ensure that all English learners are placed in a language instructional program so that they develop and attain English proficiency while meeting challenging state academic standards. 

Frenship ISD proudly serves every student and family with services in and beyond the classroom. Frenship's English as a Second Language & Bilingual services specifically serve every student with focused, language-based instruction that meets their affective, linguistic, and cognitive needs. 

 

In addition to classroom ESL services, Frenship ISD is also proud to offer evening English classes for parents at no charge.
