Earlier this week, Frenship High School senior Hunter Welch competed at the Boys State Golf Tournament in Georgetown. Head Boys Golf Coach Andrew Correll is proud of Welch’s performance and hard work in the program.

This past week the Frenship Boys Golf Team competed in the Region 1-6A tournament; while there, senior Hunter Welch came out victorious advancing him to the State Championship. Coach Correll is proud of how the overall team performed against tough competition.

Yesterday, the Frenship Boys Golf Teams brought home second place at the District 2 6-A Championship, securing them a spot at the Regional competition later this month. Several Tigers also placed individually at the District Championship.

The Frenship High School Boys Golf Team drove to victory at recent competitions. The Tigers competed in the San Angelo Boys Classic, 5A Preview, and Amarillo JV Invitational. The Boys did a great job to putt their way to triumph.

The Frenship High School Boys Golf Teams are swinging to success. The Tigers placed in the top 10 in the Plainview Invitational and Centennial Invitational.
