Bond Services
Bond Manager - Kevin Cockrell, Email Now
The Bond Services Department is responsible for coordinating and managing all new construction and renovation projects in the district. They serve as a liaison to architects, engineers, and consultants to develop, review, and finalize project plans, drawings, schematics, and specifications. They also ensure compliance with all planning and zoning requirements.  
 
Custodial Department

The Custodial Department is responsible for ensuring Frenship facilities are the cleanest, safest, and healthiest learning environment possible for all students, staff, and stakeholders. They manage all contracted custodial services as it pertains to Frenship facilities.
 
Facilities Department
Facility Manager- Chad Smith, Email Now
The Facilities Department manages all community and employee rentals of Frenship facilities across the district. This includes rentals at elementary schools, middle schools, high school, central office, and athletic complex. 
 
Grounds Department
Grounds Coordinator - Brian Garcia, Email Now
The Grounds Department is responsible for ensuring all district grounds are safe and well maintained as well as managing all contracted grounds services as it pertains to Frenship athletic playing fields. This department establishes care and watering schedules, including spraying herbicide, fertilizing, pruning of trees and bushes for all Frenship facilities.
 
Maintenance Department

The Maintenance Department is responsible for performing day-to-day building maintenance, general repairs for all fixtures and equipment, and manage all contracted maintenance as it pertains to Frenship facilities.
