The Frenship High School Academic Decathlon team competed in their first-ever state competition last week. They represented Frenship well with one first place ranking and several personal bests.

Frenship finished the state meet ranked #29 out of the 40 schools that competed. They posted a score of 42.068.3, improving on their region score by more than 1,000 points. Frenship was singled out for being the only school at the state meet to be in its first year of competition.
