Frenship hosted the District 2-6A Cross Country meet at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock.
Individual Varsity medalists include bronze medalist Faith Zint, Emma Lopez finishing 5th and Amaya Mendoza finishing 8th for the girls. For the boys, Jalon Jackson finished 4th overall and Gavin Morrison finished 7th. View meet results here. Jackson and Morrison advanced individually to the Regional meet and the entire girls team advanced as well.
The next stop for the advancing runners is the Regional Meet on Monday, October 25 at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock.
All Frenship Cross Country District meet medalists also made the 2021 UIL 2-6A All District Cross Country team.
