Frenship vs Odessa Permian

The Tigers hosted the Permian Panthers at home on Friday, October 21. The Tigers kept things competitive but weren’t able to get the win against the Panthers. The Tigers got off to a great start, going up 25-21 over the Panthers in their first set. Unfortunately, the team wasn’t able to keep the momentum going and went 16-25, 22-25, and 18-25 in the final three sets.

Frenship at Midland Legacy

In their final district game of the season on October 25, the Tigers made the trip to Midland Legacy. The Tigers nearly kept things close the first two sets, going 24-26 and 27-29 in tight losses. The Tigers won big in the third set going 25-16.  However, the Rebels rallied for the overall win in the fourth set, winning the match 3-1.

After placing third in District 2-DA, the Tigers will take on El Paso Eastwood in a Bi-District matchup on Monday, October 31 at Fort Stockton High School.  The first serve will be at 5:00 p.m.
