Memorial High School is entering the 2026-2027 school year with an expanded leadership team as Frenship ISD announces three administrative appointments designed to support the campus’s continued growth and commitment to student success.
Jeremy Fair has been promoted from Assistant Principal to Associate Principal, while Genesis Reddic joins the campus as Assistant Principal after serving as an Assistant Principal at Terra Vista Middle School, and Holly Reed joins the Panther administration team as Assistant Principal after serving as Data Intervention Specialist at Ridgewood Elementary.
Together, the three administrators bring more than 50 years of combined experience in education and a shared commitment to serving students, staff, and families.
After serving Memorial High School since the campus opened, Fair is excited to continue helping shape the culture and future of the growing campus in his new role as Associate Principal.
"What excites me most about continuing to grow and serve this campus community is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while working alongside an outstanding team of educators and staff," said Fair. "Being part of a school community that is committed to excellence, relationships, and continuous improvement is incredibly rewarding."
As he steps into his new leadership role, Fair's priority is to continue fostering a culture where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
"Ultimately, my goal is to help build a culture of excellence, accountability, and support where students, staff, and families work together to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed," said Fair.
For Reddic, joining the Memorial administration team provides an opportunity to continue supporting Frenship students as they transition from middle school to high school.
"I wanted to join the MHS Administration Team because I saw an opportunity to help build the culture at a new and growing campus," said Reddic. "After enjoying my time at Terra Vista, I wanted to continue supporting and celebrating the successes of our students as they transitioned into high school."
As he begins his 20th year in education, Reddic looks forward to building strong relationships across the campus community.
"I am excited about the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with staff and students while contributing to something great at Memorial," said Reddic.
Reed joins Memorial High School after helping establish Ridgewood Elementary as one of Frenship's newest campuses. She says the opportunity to help build another campus culture while returning to secondary education made the decision an easy one.
"I decided to join the Memorial High School team because of the incredible culture that has been built at MHS and the opportunity to serve students at the secondary level," said Reed. "I am excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to students and this community."
Entering her 13th year in education, Reed has served in a variety of roles, including coach, middle school athletic coordinator, classroom teacher, special education case manager, 504 coordinator, and most recently Data Intervention Specialist at Ridgewood Elementary.
She looks forward to celebrating students' achievements both inside and outside the classroom.
"I am most excited about returning to the secondary level and building relationships with students, staff, and families at Memorial High School," said Reed. "I look forward to celebrating student success in all areas, whether that's academics, athletics, fine arts, leadership, or other extracurricular activities."
Memorial High School continues to grow as one of Frenship ISD's newest campuses, and these leadership appointments reflect the district's commitment to investing in experienced educators who are dedicated to building relationships, supporting students, and creating opportunities for success.
