Frenship High School Receives CTE Grant

Since the first grant in 2016, the grants awarded by the two organizations have funded equipment and training for the Automotive Technology Program, Health Sciences Program and Law Enforcement Program.

This year, the $41,200 grant will be used to purchase forensic lights, tactical training equipment, portable fingerprinting station and a retired police vehicle for the Law Enforcement Program and a Snap-On Diagnostic System for the Automotive Technology Program.

"We are very thankful for all of the employers and community members who are supporting students in their efforts to become career-ready," said Frenship ISD Career and Technical Education Coordinator Amy Baker
