Frenship High School student, Maddison Hazel, was positioned to be a judge for a battle cry winner at the pep rally today, but instead was surprised with the very special news that she will be going to Disney World in January.

Maddison is a student at FHS and is battling cancer. Her fellow students celebrated the news of her trip loud and clear as they shouted “YOU ARE GOING TO DISNEY” while holding up signs from the crowd. Maddison qualified for a wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas.
