On Wednesday night, the Frenship ISD Board of Trustees unanimously approved naming Scott Sims as the new Frenship ISD Executive Director of Administrative Services beginning the 2025-2026 school year.

Frenship ISD is excited to announce the hiring of Jason Cooper as the Frenship Memorial High School Girls Athletic Coordinator and Head Girls Basketball Coach. Cooper joins the Frenship family with an impressive coaching record and numerous awards that span 26 years in high school and collegiate athletics.

With over a decade of experience, Ferguson’s passion and dedication to every production is evident.

Heritage Middle School Band Director Beth Ledbetter has been inducted into Phi Beta Mu, an International School Bandmaster Fraternity. This prestigious honor recognizes excellence in music education and leadership in the band directing profession.

Frenship High School's Speech and Debate team is celebrating remarkable achievements, as senior Drasti Patel has secured a spot at the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) National Tournament, and Coach Heather Byars was named the Tall Cotton District Coach of the Year.

Frenship ISD is proud to announce that Shana Biddison, a Kindergarten Teacher at Oak Ridge Elementary, and Russ Fulbright, a Broadcast Media Teacher at Frenship Middle School, were both awarded with the October Mrs. Baird's Teachers on the Rise award. These educators were nominated for their devotion to teaching.

Kim DeWit, a kindergarten teacher at Willow Bend Elementary, was named the September Elementary Teacher on the Rise. DeWit was nominated by one of her past students, Danielle Walker, for her passion for teaching.
