Over the summer two teachers from the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Frenship were selected to receive awards from the Texas Health Occupations Association for Outstanding Teacher of the Year and Outstanding New Teacher of the year.

Last Friday, August 20, Frenship Tennis took on the Coronado Mustangs at Frenship High School.

This week, Heritage Middle School hosted the kick-off event for the tenth year of Teachers on the Rise. Teachers on the Rise is an effort by United Supermarkets and Mrs Baird’s to recognize local teachers nominated for their work by their students.

Earlier this month the Frenship High School Varsity Choir was named a Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Invited Choir for 2022 and will perform in a featured concert in February.

After a few weeks of Frenship’s Fall Football Camp, the Tiger Football team is ready to take the field on Friday night for their first home game of the season.

Last weekend the Frenship Volleyball team competed in the Allen Volleyball Tournament in Allen, TX, and then came home to face a good Lubbock-Cooper team, in preparation for another busy tournament weekend.

Tiger Tennis will play today against the Coronado Mustangs at Frenship High School.

Frenship Volleyball played in their first home match of the season against the Amarillo High Sandies this week in a close battle against a heavy hitter team.

Traci Sexton, second grade teacher at Crestview Elementary, recently brought a dream to life when she wrote and published two children’s books.

The Casey Administration building, Frenship High School, Reese Education Center, FHS Ninth Grade Center, and Bennett Elementary have new leaders this year.
