Frenship ISD is proud to announce Frenship Director of Athletics Bryan Gerlich has been named the Region 1 Athletic Administrator of the Year by the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association, THSADA.

On Thursday, hundreds of Frenship High School students had the opportunity to hear from Texas Tech University President Dr. Lawrence Schovanec during the Texas Tech Centennial Mobile Tour stop at Frenship ISD.

After a successful showing at the Boys Regional Powerlifting Meet earlier this month, two Frenship High School powerlifting students are headed to the state competition.

The Frenship High School Girls Soccer Team are Bi-District Champs after a 4-0 shutout against El Paso Montwood on March 23rd. The Girls will now advance to the second round of playoffs for the Area Championship against Keller High School.

The Frenship High School Girls Golf teams had a successful showing at the District Tournament with the Blue Golf team coming in second place and advancing to the Regional Tournament in April. Four of the Frenship golfers placed individually in the top 10.

Parents of current 5th graders are invited to the 5th Grade Parent Night at each of our Frenship middle school campuses on March 29th from 6 p.m. – 7p.m. This informational meeting is for current 5th graders who will attend middle school next year.

In a clean sweep, the Frenship High School Baseball team dominated the 40th Annual First Bank Classic Tournament. The Tigers went undefeated 6-0, coming in at first place for the tournament.

Three Frenship High School students are headed to the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in April after winning big at the Texas competition earlier this month.

On March 8-9, Frenship High School hosted the Region 16 Middle School UIL Concert and Sight-reading Evaluations.

Six Frenship students' Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Reflections artwork received awards at the state contest and a Heritage Middle School student's artwork advanced to the National PTA Competition.
