After taking home first place in the Frenship High School Unified Track Meet, the Tigers did it again and won the Lubbock-Cooper Unified Pirate Relays this week. Next stop – Area on March 28th.

This weekend, 10 Frenship High School male powerlifters will compete in the Regional Powerlifting Meet for a chance to advance to State.

The Frenship Girls Golf teams recently competed in three tournaments including the Midland Tall City Tournament, Regional Preview, and Shadow Hills Golf Tournament.

Over the weekend on March 2-4, the Frenship Softball Varsity team competed in the annual Turf Wars Tournament in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, winning two of the games. The Tigers also recently won their matchup against the Bushland Falcons.

All current 8th grade parents and students must sign up for a time to sit down with a district representative to select 9th grade classes, endorsement, and fill out the 4-year graduation plan.

Over the weekend, the Frenship High School Bowling Team won second place in Regionals, securing their spot at the State Bowling Competition later this month.

On March 3-4, Varsity Tennis played in the Pirate Invitational hosted by Lubbock-Cooper. The Tigers brought home several medals including winning the Girls Singles Championship.

It was a clean sweep at the ACU Purple and White Relays in Abilene this weekend with all four Frenship teams winning first place.

At the Region 1 FCCLA competition on February 11, Frenship had four students advance to the state competition to be held at the end of the month in Dallas.

Throughout the month of February, Westwind Elementary students learned about Black History Month through several different engaging activities including creating a 13-foot mural of historical figures.
