The Frenship High School Pom Squads made history last weekend in the Metroplex area, winning overall awards and marking the first time both squads have secured top honors in every possible category. Coach Melissa Oakeley is extremely proud of the Tigers and their continuous hard work.

The Frenship High School Wrestling Team has rolled up the mat on a fantastic season. As Wrestling Coach Harley DiLulo looks back on the season, he can’t help but boast about all that the student athletes accomplished.

Last week, five students from Frenship High School represented Frenship ISD at the Regional Youth Leadership Summit.

This past weekend the Frenship High School Pom squads competed in the Crowd Pleasers Spirit Competition at Lubbock-Cooper High School. The Frenship Varsity and JV squads came home with over 20 awards and accolades.

This past Saturday, Tigers from across the district competed in the Area 17 Special Olympics Basketball Tournament. The event provided an exciting opportunity for students to demonstrate their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Today, Frenship High School honored eleven Tigers who signed letters of intent to play at the next level. Congratulations, students!

Last week the Frenship High School Cheer Teams traveled to Fort Worth for the annual UIL Spirit State Championship. During the competition the Tigers made it into the finals and placed 12th overall. Head Coach Kayci Smith is very proud of the team’s hard work.

Last weekend, the Frenship High School Athletic Trainers competed in the West Texas Sports Medicine Society Symposium where they brought home 2nd place, advancing them to the state competition.

Frenship High School Senior, Landry White was selected to represent the Frenship Pom Squad among 300 of the best dancers at the Texas Dance Educators Association.

Frenship ISD is excited to announce the hiring of two head positions at Frenship Memorial High School pending school board approval on January 22. Jason Richards has been selected as the head football coach and boys athletic coordinator while Michelle Lessing will take on the role as head band director for Frenship Memorial High School.
