Alcove Trails seventh grader Kinsley Porter reached the world stage in Jiu-Jitsu. After several fierce competitions through the Pan Kids Championship, Kinsley is currently ranked fifth in the world, with hopes of jumping into the top three.

Recently Megan Young, a Terra Vista Middle School Girls Athletics Coach, was named 5A-6A Track and Field Middle School Coach of the Year by the Texas Girls Coaches Association, TGCA.

To wrap up the 2023-2024 school year, the Frenship Athletic Department celebrated the largest athletic signing class. The signing included Frenship’s first powerlifting signee and Frenship’s first dual-athlete signee.
