Frenship ISD's libraries provide tools and resources that spark a passion for learning and a lifelong love of reading among our students. We are committed to partnering with our parents and encourage them to take an active role in their student's educational journey.
Parent Access and Tracking Library Usage
Parents have access to our library catalogs and can view and track their student's book checkout history. Parents also have the ability to block and unblock titles for their students. Below you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to access and track your student's library usage. For additional questions about customizing your student's library usage, please contact your student's librarian/media specialist.
In compliance with Texas Senate Bill 13, our Library Services page includes resources that provides transparency and opportunities for parent involvement in the review and selection processes of library materials. All proposed library materials are available for review by the public at least 30 days before final approval. Parents also have the opportunity to access the catalog of available library materials at any time by using the "Parent Access Login" button in the above section.
