Frenship High School Culinary Arts students were challenged to create a small business plan and pitch their ideas to staff and administrators.
Students developed a plan to launch a food truck business, provided a small menu, cooked one item off of their menu for their audience to taste and created a 3D version of their truck. They then presented each of their ideas to their potential investors.
Staff members listened to their presentations and chose which food truck to invest in.
