Earlier this year, students competed in the District Spanish Spelling Bee to form the teams that competed last Saturday.

Results from the Area Spanish Spelling Bee competition are listed below:

1st Place: Juan Reyes, Willow Bend Elementary

4th Place: Sara Patiño, Terra Vista Middle School

5th Place: Emilio Bravo, Willow Bend Elementary

Winning School: Willow Bend Elementary School

Juan Reyes will participate at the national level in July.
