Unified Sports joins people with and without intellectual disabilities on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is a quick path to friendship and understanding. 

This is Frenship’s third year to participate in the newly formed UIL competition. Last year, Frenship came in as the State runner-up, and with Thursday’s win, the Tigers are well on their way for another state appearance.

The Frenship Unified Track and Field team will compete again on March 7th at the Lubbock-Cooper Unified Meet.
