Frenship Track and Field Teams Finish Strong at Regional Meet

A highlight of the season, all four teams including the Girls JV, Boys JV, Girls Varsity, and Boys Varsity won the District 2-6A Championship titles, possibly a first in school history.

The Varsity Girls had an incredible track season, outmatching every team they’ve competed against this season in the district and area meets and going undefeated as a team up to Regionals. The Girls took 16 athletes to the Regional Meet and finished with 19 points. This marks the best finish by Frenship Girls Track at the 6A level in the Regional Meet.

The JV Girls also had a successful season, winning every track meet except for one where they came in as the runner-up.

The Boys Track teams also racked up several championships, including the District Meet Championship and runner-up at Area. The Boys had 17 Area qualifiers and 10 of those advanced to the Regional Meet.
