Frenship is happy to welcome Paige Braly as the Frenship Memorial High School Orchestra Director. Originally from Midland, Texas, Braly brings a strong background in music education and a deep passion for inspiring students through the arts.
She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and a Master of Music Education from Texas Tech University. Following her graduation in the fall of 2024, she began her search for a teaching position and quickly recognized the opportunity at Frenship as one she could not pass up.
"My educational experience includes teaching for the Texas Tech String Project for five years, providing private lessons on all string instruments, and leading various instrumental sectionals throughout the Lubbock community," said Braly. "I decided to join the Frenship Memorial team because of the fabulous fine arts department that I am so lucky to now be a part of."
Braly is thrilled to begin her first-year teaching and looks forward to helping students grow both musically and personally.
"What I am most excited for is that this is my first-year teaching! I feel so privileged to be trusted with the growth of this new program," said Braly. "Words cannot express how excited I am to finally be in a classroom of my own. I can’t wait to start working with the amazing students in Frenship. It is my goal to guide them on their musical journeys, to provide a creative outlet of expression, and to create lifelong musicians."
Even before officially beginning her first year, Braly says she already feels welcomed and supported by the Frenship family.
"My favorite part so far has been how welcoming everyone has been, and I’m so grateful to be a part of a district that values fine arts and music," said Braly.
Outside of the classroom, Braly credits her family for their continuous encouragement.
"I would be remiss if I didn’t thank my parents and my husband for their undying support and belief in me," said Braly. "I know they are all so proud that I am officially a Panther!"
Frenship ISD is proud to welcome Paige Braly to the team and looks forward to the growth and success she will bring to the Frenship Memorial Orchestra program.
