2024 Showcase of the Visual and Performing Arts

We happily invite you to attend the many showcase performances from Frenship ISD’s award-winning fine art disciplines. The evening performances will feature students in band, choir, dance, orchestra, theatre, and visual arts. Please come and help celebrate our students’ many talents!

Theatre will perform their selection “Anne of Green Gables.” This is a classic tale of Anne of Green Gables, set in the crazy world of the 1980s. Last year the FHS OAP placed Second Runner-Up in the 6A state championships.

All productions in the Lab Theater, Frenship High School

The Frenship High School Varsity and Junior Varsity Winter Guard will perform their amazing routines that have been awarded consistently in the North Texas Cologuard Association this past season. Students will showcase their skills with dance, flag, and rifle work.
All 9th-grade dance students will perform a dance recital featuring styles consisting of jazz, tap, pom, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical, and ballet. Parents must have a proper wrist band for entrance to the performance. Extra tickets can be acquired at the box office while supplies last.

Frenship ISD’s new string orchestra program will feature performances by all four middle schools and the FHS orchestra.
The Frenship High School choir department will be showcasing their music production class where students will perform contemporary selections with a live band accompaniment.
The Frenship High School One Act Play team will perform their One Act Play show "The Hands of Its Enemy." The team has had great success this season earning the titles of District Champions, Bi-District Champions, and Area Champions. The group will be competing in the regional round on Thursday, April 25. 
The Frenship ISD Visual Arts department will be featuring artwork from students representing each school in the district. There will be fun interactive activities for children of all ages.
The Frenship High School band department will be featuring concerts by all ensembles at the high school.
The Grand Finale will feature performances of the FISD Elementary Honor Choir, FHS Varsity Mixed-Chorus, FHS String Orchestra, and FHS Wind Ensemble. At the conclusion, there is a combined performance of all students.
