Frenship ISD is excited to announce that major renovations will begin at Frenship High School starting in the summer of 2026. Nearly every area of the Frenship High School building will be touched by the renovations, with plans for new floors, walls, lighting, and more modern features that will give the FHS campus a brand-new feel! Due to the expansive size of the renovations, these upgrades will take several years to complete. The prestigious recognition highlights her outstanding leadership, academic success, and deep commitment to serving others.
Uploaded Mar 24, 2026Rhonda Dillard, Frenship ISD Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, has been selected as one of only nine women across the Lubbock area to be inducted into the YWCA’s prestigious Women of Excellence Academy this year.
This award recognizes women who have achieved excellence in their careers and whose contributions to business, industry, organizations, and the community are crucial to the success of the same. This is the YWCA’s 37th year to celebrate Women of Excellence, and Dillard is now one of only 311 women selected for the award since 1989.
